The Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced on January 4, 2018 its finding that the dumping of certain carbon and alloy steel line pipe originating in or exported from the Republic of Korea has caused injury to the domestic industry.

Anti-dumping duties will therefore be collected by the Canada Border Services Agency on importations of these goods.

The affected goods are described in the Tribunal’s determination. Specific goods were excluded from the determination.
