ANTI-DUMPING DUTY ON WOOD SLATS HAS EXPIRED

Anti-dumping duty on wood slats originating in or exported from Mexico and the People’s Republic of China has expired.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) has announced that its findings made on June 18, 2004 have expired based on investigation results showing that the dumping of wood slats from Mexico and China was unlikely to result in injury to the domestic industry.
