TARIFF PREFERENCE LEVEL (TPL) 2010 ALLOCATIONS

The Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade has advised the following:

During the execution of the final 2010 Tariff Preference Level (TPL) Textile and Clothing allocations, an error occurred that resulted in failures of the process. The Export and Import Controls Bureau has identified the cause of the error and is taking corrective action. The final allocation process for the final 2010 Tariff Preference Level (TPL) Textiles and Clothing allocations will be re- executed on Sunday January 10, 2010 and clients can expect to have their full 2010 allocations in their accounts on Monday January 11, 2010.
