The Notices set out the administration of the Tariff Preferential Levels, and identify where import permits / certificates of eligibility are required.In accordance with CUSMA, the Tariff Preferential Level year will normally extend from January 1 to December 31 inclusive. Upon entry into force of CUSMA on July 1, 2020, the Tariff Preferential Level year for implementation year only will extend from July 1 to December 31, 2020.  Tariff Preferential Level quantities for year 1 of CUSMA implementation are not pro-rated and the full quota quantities are accessible for imports and exports. Please refer to the Tariff Preferential Level webpage web page for additional information on Tariff Preferential Levels.If you have any additional questions, please submit them to the following email address: [email protected].
