(2026-03-20) Tribunal amends order on photovoltaic modules and laminates from China.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has completed an interim review of its order made in March 2021 in respect of photovoltaic modules and laminates originating in or exported from China.

The purpose of this interim review, which was initiated at the request of a Canadian manufacturer, was to determine if the order should be continued, with or without amendment, i.e. whether a requested product exclusion should be granted or not.

The Tribunal has now decided to amend its order to exclude the following goods: flexible photovoltaic modules that will be affixed to curved surfaces of vehicles, such as transport truck fairings, with a power output not exceeding 200 W.
