The Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced it found that the dumping and subsidizing of thermoformed molded fibre tableware, originating in or exported from China, have caused injury to the domestic industry.
The Tribunal's inquiry and finding follow the issuance by the President of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) of a final determination of dumping and subsidizing issued on May 28, 2026.
Anti-dumping and countervailing duties will be collected by the Canada Border Services Agency on importations of the subject goods.
