The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made final determinations of dumping and subsidizing in respect of thermoformed molded fibre tableware exported from China by all exporters except one. CBSA terminated the subsidy investigation in respect of the subject good exported from China by Shaoneng Group Luzhou Eco (XinFeng) Technology Co., Ltd., as the goods were not subsidized.
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will continue its inquiry into the question of injury to the Canadian industry and will issue its decision by June 26, 2026.
Provisional duties will continue to be imposed on the subject goods from China until the CITT renders its decision.
