(2026-06-05) Tribunal maintains injury finding on concrete reinforcing bar from three countries.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced that it continued its order made in October 2020 concerning the dumping of concrete reinforcing bar from China, Korea and Türkiye, and the subsidizing of such products from China.

Following a review the Tribunal found that the expiry of the order was likely to result in injury to Canadian industry and as such, continued its order.

The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose anti-dumping and/or countervailing duties on these goods.
