The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made a final determination of dumping in respect of truck bodies from China. The CBSA terminated the subsidy investigation in respect of the subject good exported from China by Shaoneng Group Luzhou Eco (XinFeng) Technology Co., Ltd., as the goods were not subsidized.
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will continue its inquiry into the question of injury to the Canadian industry and will issue its decision by July 3, 2026.
Provisional anti-dumping duty will continue to be imposed on the subject goods from China until the CITT renders its decision.
