The Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced it found that the dumping of certain truck bodies, originating in or exported from China, has caused injury to the domestic industry.
The Tribunal's inquiry and finding follow the issuance by the President of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) of a final determination of dumping issued on June 4, 2026.
Anti-dumping duties will be collected by the Canada Border Services Agency on importations of the subject goods.
