CBSA issues final dumping and subsidy determinations on thermal paper rolls from China.

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made final determinations of dumping and subsidy with respect to thermal paper rolls originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) is continuing its inquiry into the question of injury to the Canadian industry and will issue its decision by January 8, 2026.

Provisional duties will continue to be imposed on the subject goods from China and Pakistan until the CITT renders its decision.
