CN and the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference (TCRC) have concluded arbitration with a new three-year collective agreement, effective January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2026. The agreement includes annual wage increases of 3% and applies to approximately 6,000 conductors, trainees, yard coordinators, and locomotive engineers across CN’s Canadian network. This outcome follows a period of sustained labor stability, and CN remains committed to maintaining reliable service for its customers.
