Dumping of certain pea protein from China injures Canadian industry according to CITT.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) announced it found that the dumping and subsidizing of certain pea protein, originating in or exported from China, have caused injury to the domestic industry.

The Tribunal's inquiry and finding follow the issuance by the President of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) of a final determination of dumping issued on October 21, 2024.

Anti-dumping and countervailing duties will therefore be collected by the CBSA. See the link below for the full descriptions of subject good.
