The Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced it continued its order made in March 2019 concerning the dumping and subsidizing of carbon steel welded pipe from the People's Republic of China.
The Tribunal found that the expiry of the order (which would end the imposition of anti-dumping and countervailing duties) was likely to result in injury. As such, the Tribunal continued its order.
The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose anti-dumping and countervailing duties on this product.
